Here is some information on the bottles we have released or will be releasing in the future.

BOURBON BARREL-AGED ASMODEUS 12% ABV

RELEASED: December 10, 2016

Rich bourbon aroma and flavor, with hints of chocolate and coffee.  Pours like motor oil, tastes like awesome…. And bourbon!

 

Aged in Heaven Hills, Buffalo Trace & Four Roses bourbon barrels then blended together.

RED WINE BARREL-AGED SIMIAN PANDEMIC 9.7% ABV

RELEASED: January 28, 2017

An imperial version of our Hibiscus wheat ale, Simian Fever, this amplified version is even bolder, bigger and sexier.

 

Aged in red wine barrels.

BOURBON BARREL-AGED DEATH BY METAL 9.2% ABV

RELEASED: April 27, 2017

Eternal darkness has nothing on this rich, dark and semi sweet barrel aged porter.

 

Aged in Journeyman’s Bourbon barrels.

RYE BARREL-AGED DEATH BY METAL 9.2% ABV

RELEASED: April 27, 2017

Eternal darkness has nothing on this rich, dark and semi sweet barrel aged porter.

 

Aged in Journeyman’s Rye barrels.

BARREL-AGED RED ASS BABOON 9.3% ABV

RELEASED: August 12, 2017

Second-use bourbon barrels give this Imperial Red Ale a great deal of oak character, accompanied by a caramel and toffee sweetness. 

 

Aged in Buffalo Trace barrels that previously held BBA Asmodeus.

EL CHANGO LOCO 5.8% ABV

RELEASED: October 21, 2017

Sour German wheat beer with coriander & sea salt.  One sip and you’ll think you’re south of the border with your toes in the sand.

 

Aged in Tequila barrels with lime zest added before bottling.

BARREL-AGED ASMODEUS - 12% ABV

MAPLE SYRUP VARIANT

RELEASED: December 2, 2017

Aged for 6 months in BLiS barrels. These barrel once help bourbon then delicisous maple syrup. Once it was done aging we added even more maple syrup to give this variant a nice sweet taste.

BARREL-AGED ASMODEUS - 12% ABV

COFFEE VARIANT

RELEASED: December 2, 2017

Hand roasted in house Guatemalan Huehuetenango coffee was added to this variant to wake up the demon inside.

MEXICAN CHOCOLATE VARIANT

A blend of cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, ceylon cinnamon sticks, and cayenne peppers give this variant of touch of heat rouned out by the cinnamon, cocoa and vanilla.
